Energy Balls

A wholefood snack rich in fibre, healthy fats, and antioxidants, perfect for that afternoon slump, mum-life fuel, or a lunchbox treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates (pitted & soft)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup almond meal

  • Shredded coconut (to roll)

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and combined

  2. Roll into small balls

  3. Coat in coconut and pop in the fridge to set

These are hormone-friendly, refined sugar free, freezer friendly & kid-approved too!
