Nature of Services

Naturopathy is a complementary health modality. Services provided by Femi Naturopathy are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. You should always consult your GP or relevant medical professional for urgent or serious health concerns.

Consultations & Appointments

• All consultations are conducted either online or in person, as agreed at time of booking

• Appointment durations are approximate

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information

Bookings, Cancellations & Payments

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both Allie's time and other clients awaiting care, the following policy applies:

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule

• Changes made within 48 hours will incur a 50% consultation fee

• No-shows will incur a 100% fee

To make any changes, please contact Allie at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding — it helps keep appointments available for every woman who needs them.

Testing & Referrals

Any recommended testing (including pathology or functional testing) is optional and discussed prior to ordering. Costs for testing are separate from consultation fees.

Referrals to other health practitioners are provided in good faith but do not imply responsibility for external services.

Results & Expectations

Individual results may vary. While naturopathic care aims to support health and wellbeing, no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
